By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Nature of the Platform

Rare Founders provides networking tools, community events, relationship management features and analytics designed to help professionals build and manage business relationships.

Rare Founders does not act as a broker, advisor, agent, recruiter or investment intermediary.

We do not guarantee introductions, partnerships, investments, employment outcomes or business success.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering any business relationship.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

User Profiles and Networking

Users may create profiles and connect with other users.

Contact details are shared only where both users agree to connect.

You must not upload unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

Rare Founders reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

Our services may provide networking insights, influence indicators or relationship strength estimates based on platform data and automated analysis.

These insights are informational tools only.

They must not be relied upon as professional, financial, investment or legal advice.

We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of analytics outputs.

Event Participation

When attending Rare Founders events or partner events:

• you are responsible for your own conduct and safety
• you must comply with venue rules and applicable laws
• networking outcomes are not guaranteed

Rare Founders is not responsible for disputes between attendees, failed business arrangements or losses arising from introductions.

Event schedules, speakers and formats may change.

Data and Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide.

By using our services, you grant Rare Founders a non-exclusive licence to use, process and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

We may use aggregated or anonymised data for analytics, research and product development.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• misuse networking data
• scrape or extract user information without permission
• impersonate another person
• harass or abuse other users
• attempt to disrupt platform functionality
• use the platform for unlawful purposes

Service Availability
