A Raw Look at Female Founders 💡

Ahead of International Women’s Day, Rare Founders hosted “Stories She Never Told” a raw, unfiltered space where female founders shared the truths often left off LinkedIn. Instead of polished panels, the event celebrated honesty, struggle, resilience, and the untold wins that shape entrepreneurship.

The day began with a calming breathwork session led by Be in Your Element, followed by an anonymous storytelling booth where attendees voiced frustrations, failures, and triumphs. A powerful panel, “The Sht No One Tells You About Being a Female Founder,”* brought together Tanya Nguyen, Adi Hristova, Yana Lapitskaya, Lucy Eden, and Emilie Belibi to share real experiences about funding, bias, burnout, and building businesses against the odds.

To ensure accessibility and inclusion, Em & Drew provided on-site childcare, while Safespace Plus supported the community with a safety and reporting tool, creating an environment where every voice was valued. The event was hosted at The Trampery, a purpose-driven venue that champions underrepresented founders and fosters innovation across London.
